Business Direct Sales ("BDS") respects your privacy and provides users with the ability to request deletion of their account and associated personal information.

If you would like to request deletion of your BDS account and associated personal information, please contact:

Please include sufficient information to help us identify your account and process your request.

Verification of Identity

To protect account security and prevent unauthorised requests, BDS may require verification of account ownership before processing a deletion request.

Additional information may be requested where reasonably necessary to confirm identity.

What Happens After a Deletion Request

Once a valid deletion request has been received and verified, BDS will review and process the request in accordance with applicable legal, security, operational, and compliance requirements.

Certain information may be removed, anonymised, or retained depending on the nature of the data and the obligations applicable to BDS.

Information That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where reasonably required for:

  • Legal obligations
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Audit requirements
  • Fraud prevention
  • Security investigations
  • Dispute resolution
  • Platform integrity
  • Backup and recovery processes
  • Internal record-keeping requirements

As a result, deletion may not be immediate and some information may continue to exist in backups, logs, security records, audit records, or other systems for a period of time.

Users who created or accessed their account using Facebook Login may also submit a deletion request through the contact process described on this page.
